I am a passionate, collaborative, and adaptable educator with nine years of experience in culturally diverse UK state schools with high levels of pupil premium, as well as at a world-leading international school in Saudi Arabia. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong track record of raising attainment across all subjects in challenging contexts, while building positive relationships and fostering a classroom environment with high expectations where children develop a love of learning. My experience includes delivering staff training, mentoring trainee teachers, and contributing to whole-school development initiatives.
