My resposibilities at Honest Burgers were:

• Kept guest tables neat and tidy by regularly clearing away dirty dishes and used glasses and wiping down surfaces.

• Assisted customers with menu selection, offering knowledge of current special dishes and personal recommendations to build rapport.
• Delivered food and drinks from kitchen to respective tables to meet timely expectations.
• Informed customers regarding ingredients used to address allergy and dietary issues.
• Processed cash and card payments promptly, minimising customer waiting times and enabling swift table turnarounds.

My responsibilities at four seasons were:

Arriving on time at 9 or 10 am five days a week to open the storage room and provide every house keeper with the required supplies to clean hotel rooms and public areas.

Keeping the storage clean at all times and checking stock for every cleaning product, tools and complimentary product for guests(shampoo, dish soap, slippers etc)

Informing my managers of any complaints and what products are running low and need to be re stocked.
