This role was supporting the Crown Prosecution Service account. I was part of the initial team from DXC bringing on this new client. Initially supporting the general IT desk we had to create numerous documents to support various systems due to this being a new client. Following this I was in charge of the user access management ticket queue in which I was Domain Admin / Exchange admin.


  • Knowledge of active directory domain admin which included account creations / disablements, shared mailbox creations along with various other types of tickets.
  • Creation of account emails using the Hybrid2 Environment
  • Created multiple ticket queue filters to ensure SLAs did not breach
