This role was supporting the Crown Prosecution Service account. I was part of the initial team from DXC bringing on this new client. Initially supporting the general IT desk we had to create numerous documents to support various systems due to this being a new client. Following this I was in charge of the user access management ticket queue in which I was Domain Admin / Exchange admin.
This role was supporting the St James Places account. Began supporting general IT on the main desk eventually becoming a senior dealing with escalations and assisting Team Leaders / The general desk with any tickets that are difficult. Following this I assisted with the Salesforce desk when the backlog was high while keeping up my work with the general desk.
