  • Conducted large-scale fixed-term recruitment projects and was responsible for collating and authorising all right-to-work documentation.
  • Led CV writing, interview preparation and job application classes for all affected employees when the parent company announced the closure of all UK stores.
  • Worked alongside many stakeholders, such as the Outlet Centre management team and the GAP central team, to ensure we were compliant and profitable.

  • Progressed to a Team Support Manager, from a supervisor managing diverse teams in a variety of store formats.
  • Planned and executed Regional training sessions for operations teams from 10+ stores after spotting an opportunity to improve local technology issues.
  • Launched the Deliveroo trial as one of only 20 stores, which took in excess of £35k in the first two months, and went on to train store managers in the launch process.
  • Worked alongside Head Office to launch the new Food Surplus Redistribution app which allowed us to redistribute over 50% of our food to local charities.
  • Managed our localised social media accounts, created and ran a TikTok accoun with over 100k+ views.
  • Led the operations team in the very first renewal store with regular CEO visits.
  • Executed major moves and refits during our reopening from forced covid closure and range updates.
