Overseeing the day to day running of a busy Airport wide Supply Chain Operation.
Duties include:
-Maintaining secure Consolidation Centre processes whilst meeting DfT security requirements.

-Providing a safe working environment for all.

-Identifying and nurturing talented team members

-Liaising with agency providers to ensure adequate resource cover for peak periods.

-Facilitating Training and Coaching for members of First Line Management team.
-Overseeing the effective use of manpower to cover all areas of the operation.
-Liaising with all departments to facilitate smooth deliveries into the Airport Terminals.
-Liaising with both the Senior Team and the customer
-Collating figures with regards KPIs and productivity
-Analysing the collected data to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas
-Achieving Security and Productivity KPIs

Responsible for adherence to Health and Safety processes at HCC and Terminals.

-Incident Tracking and analysis

-Risk Assessment review

-Audit Preparation

-Safety Observations

-Reporting Incident Stats to Customer

-Organise operational cover requirements for the individual shifts.
-Plan the effective use of manpower to cover all areas of the operation.
-Liaise and work with all departments to facilitate smooth deliveries into the Airport Terminals
-Liaise with both the Senior Team and the customer.
-Collate figures with regards KPIs and productivity daily.
-Analyse the collected data to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
