Accomplishments

  • Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award - After 6 months of hard work, I completed my DofE Bronze award by volunteering with a local animal fosterer, learning how to ride a Unicycle, and learning many magic tricks, illusions, and card manipulation.
  • Prefect - I was selected to become one of 12 prefects out of a selection of over 200 students. As a prefect, I was a role model to those younger years and was able to help teachers and lecturers during open events and assemblies.
  • Student Council - As one of 20 members in a school of over 500 students, I was selected to collaborate, create, and solve a multitude of problems around the school to help both staff and students create a more efficient system. This involved fundraising, creating extracurricular activities, and finding better ways to run poorly operating systems.
  • Subject Ambassador - Being both subject ambassadors for Music and Photography (the only person in the school to be two subject ambassadors), my role was to grow and help the subject as much as I could by using my skills within the given field. Within music, I stayed after school to help teach piano, sing, and play in the steel band. Within photography, I stayed back to help sort expensive equipment and teach others how to perfect their work.
