I am passionate about both my professional career and personal development. Outside of work, football is a significant part of my life, and I currently volunteer as a Lead Coach within a grassroots football club supporting over 800 players across 47 teams.
As a UEFA C qualified coach, I work closely with more than 130 coaches to help develop coaching standards, share best practice and create a positive environment for player development. A key part of my role is supporting the progression of young players by helping to build clear development pathways and ensuring every player has the opportunity to reach their potential.
The experience of leading volunteers, developing coaches and working with a wide range of stakeholders has strengthened my leadership, communication and team-building skills, all of which complement my professional responsibilities within procurement and supply chain management.
