MoMo Interest Computation/Pay Out - Manage the entire Interest computation and pay out process. Ensure accurate calculation, validation and sign off of accrued interest on the trust and system accounts on monthly and quarterly basis by liaising with partner banks, IT BI team and Revenue assurance.
Float Exposure Monitor - Diligently monitoring Partner Bank Customer Float against their Net Worth on monthly basis to determine any Excess Float to be invested in GoG T-bills by Banks that have exceeded the 25% threshold per the PSSA (Payment Systems and Services Act 2019, Act 987. This has led to a significant increase in both customer and MML interest Revenue.
Dormant Accounts Movements/Investments & Reporting - Liaising with the compliance team to ensure dormant customer wallets with funds are closed and funds moved to the MM Dormant OVA. These funds are subsequently transferred to designated bank to be invested in GoG treasury bills as stipulated in the PSSA. A comprehensive report is then prepared and shared internally and with the Regulator upon request.
Partner Bank Net Settlement Report - Timely preparation of Net settlement report to ensure all electronic funds within the multi BIN environment have supporting physical cash backing it. Hence, the need to do settlement three times a week. Net Settlement files are carefully prepared and an RTGS file generated and submitted on a designated Ghipss server for onward processing to Bank of Ghana.
Approval of E-money creation, redemptions, and adjustments on ECW platform. Timely approval of electronic money creation and redemption to ensure the smooth operation of banks and other stakeholders within the ecosystem. Customer satisfaction is key to our NPS, I lead a team that supports all reversal requests/tickets from Customer Care,Fraud Team, Branches and Partner Banks that require an adjustment on both weekdays and weekends.
Managed the entire Mobile Money Account section within the Treasury and Cash Management Department. I was also in charge of all staff payment (L&D, Subscription, Staff MoMo Incentive, Payday, Birthday, Donations and Petty Cash).
Reporting and Analysis of Mobile Money Business operations. Some of these Reports included OPEX and EBITDA Analysis Reports as well as weekly, monthly and quarterly breakdown of Regional and national performances. I also prepared the monthly Bank of Ghana Report for all the 10 Partner Banks.

Assisted and supervised the training of Merchants, Partner Banks and Service Centres on Mobile Money Operations; Subscriber Registration and Transactions.
