In addition to my practical experience, I have taken several external courses to broaden my knowledge and expertise in culinary arts. These courses have provided me with valuable insights into different cuisines, culinary trends, and industry best practices. From knife skills to combating threats and hazards, each course has further fuelled my passion for the culinary arts and equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in a professional kitchen environment.
