DANE ANDERS

Summary

Results driven professional with proven leadership skills and solid experience within the hospitality, staffing and events sectors. Most recently I have been in a dual role allowing me to combine my staffing and hospitality management skills. My organisational and people skills allowed me to easily manage a casual personnel base of circa 250 members of staff in terms of recruitment, rostering and developing staff as well as the forecasting of this labour and ensuring enough overhead day-to-day staff for the operations team. My attention for detail and high standards helped with the operational aspect of events in setting up, leading and clearing down events of all sizes such as banquets, weddings, wakes and conferences ranging from 20 delegates to 600 delegates.
