I am a hard-working 18-year-old living in the Kingston/Lewes area. I would describe myself as an organized team player who is self-motivated and adaptive to high pressure environments. Throughout my 2 years of kiosk work / lifeguarding at Pells Pool I have gained vast experience regarding customer service and communication where I have often dealt with customer enquiries, always ensuring that the customer has left happy. With a positive working attitude, I am receptive to constructive criticism and keen to develop my skills.
- This job consists of high levels of customer service helping swimmers on pool and site related queries.
- In addition to this a large proportion of the job is kiosk work either organising swim sessions or taking food orders.
- The main aspect however is the lifeguarding aspect in which I use my medical training and general knowledge developed through the NPLQ qualification in order to keep the pool safe.
- There is also an element of cleaning as the site need to be kept clean and presentable. This is areas such as toilets, changing rooms and pool filters for example
