This project focuses on replacing Flexcube and other in house legacy core banking platforms with Temenos Core Banking Product. ey responsibilities include:
1) Vendor selection for Core Banking Programme
- Identifying suitable vendors (Potential vendors)
- Proof of Concept workshops with selected vendors
- Gap analysis
- Solution fitment
- Proof of Value workshops before signing contract with the preferred vendor

2) Planning the implementation with preferred/selected vendor (Temenos)
- As-Is process study and As-Is process maps designing
- To-be process maps designing

- Stakeholder engagement to understand the business requirements and build business use cases
- User story writing using Atlassian JIRA for Corporate lending (fixed and SME based loans)
- Product backlog refinement and grooming using JIRA dashboards

3) Implementation of Temenos as a Core Banking System in the bank
- Leading story walk-thorough sessions (aka refinement sessions) with design, delivery and Temenos experts and identify ways of implementation of bank's requirements on Temenos T24 - AA Lending module

- Assist scrum teams for delivering sprint commitments

- Accepting the stories at the end of sprints to ensure desired requirements are developed and signed off

- Business acceptance testing on Temenos (T24) core banking product (R20 and R21)

- Formulate the plan and validation scope of penny testing for core banking implementation on Production environment

MSS - Acorn (Latest Front Office Portal, version 3.0) - Proxy Product Owner
This project is designed for broker and consumers to access banking facilities without walking into bank/branch.
This project offers features for broker such as broker registration, broker login, creation of DIPs and progressing DIPs into applications. On other hand, as consumer, this product offers opening savings account and other self-service facilities from anywhere.
Role Description:
- Prioritize and create product backlog for scrum team
- Identifying and analyzing requirements and various features that comprise requirement
- Liaise with other product owners and business analysts to build features and functionality consistently
- Writing product features in detail by specifying data items to be presented on UI, validations to be performed at each layer, high level acceptance and drafting user journey
- Conducting workshops with wireframe designing team to help them design wireframes
- Review and sign off wireframes with user experience experts
- Write acceptance for UI and other technical layers such as Middle Tier (java code), Axway (API policies), AIS web services (Java Web services) and Database.
- Lead feature and story walk-throughs with scrum team
- Lead technical workshops with architects and technical leads to finalize data flow across each layer

MSS as a whole is a banking product used by various banks and building societies in UK primarily for mortgage loans. MSS caters loan origination, loan servicing, Front Office and back office aspects.
AIS provides functionality exposed via J2EE Web services that handle customer maintenance, mortgage origination and Savings enquiry/maintenance services. Along with this, AIS, with the help of its web services, interacts with all the third party applications for other components of MSS for various purposes such as property valuation, credit scoring, electronic identification of customer, etc.

Role Description:
- currently working as techno functional business analyst in UK mortgage lending domain.
