Dakota Earnhardt

For the past few years, I have worked as an online shopper at Tesco. I was responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customers orders within strict timeframes. This roles requires strong attention to detail, efficient time management and the ability to work independently while holding myself to high standards of accuracy and customer service as i was in constant presence of customers. I developed excellent organisational skills, learning to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast pace environment. While the main work was independent i am constantly surrounded by other employees which furthermore developed my communication and collaboration skills. to summarise this job has taught me discipline, reliability and the importance of both independent and collaborative work to meet the standards of higherups and the customers.

During my time working at McDonald's, my main responsibility wads too help cook and prepare all of the food being served to customers. However i also helped with the front desk helping customers on the tills for a smooth ordering experience.

This experience taught me how to develop my communication skills with both my colleagues and the customers without this i would not have been able to succeed in my roles
