I am dedicated, organised, and professional with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning. I have a proven ability to lead others, and I enjoy working as part of a team to achieve collective goals. I am reliable and trustworthy in all situations.
Cared for children aged 1-8 in the surroundings of Boarding Houses at Malvern College throughout term time. I received positive feedback from parents due to the exceptional babysitting service I consistently provided. I built strong relationships with families through trust and communication skills, resulting in long-term babysitting contracts.
Over two years, every school holiday, I progressed from completing 100+ hours of volunteering to obtaining my Safety Boat License and Dinghy Instructor qualification. I instructed juniors as part of the club’s youth training programme, organised safety boat cover, and led ‘Topper week’, a sailing event for 35 participants aged 10-16. This involved planning and running ability-based racing fleets, ensuring a safe environment, and delivering an enjoyable and well-structured experience for all.
