
I am currently employed at Mansons Property Consultants in Jesmond, where I work full-time as a Property Manager. I initially joined the company as an Apprentice Business Administrator, during which I completed my Level 3 Business Administration qualification with Itec North East. I also hold an ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice and Practice (Residential), which has strengthened my knowledge and understanding of the property industry. My time at Mansons has equipped me with valuable skills in communication, organisation, workload management, and handling both inbound and outbound calls. Prior to this role, I gained experience in the hospitality industry at Backworth Hall, where I developed strong active listening, money handling, and problem-solving skills, particularly during busy periods. I am self-motivated, adaptable, and enjoy working collaboratively with others to create a positive and productive work environment.
