I have worked with KLM Kare since March 2023 as a volunteer office/admin worker.

KLM is a new home care company that provides domiciliary care to people in their own homes and supports with access to the wider community. KLM work alongside the local authority as well as providing privately funded care.

My role involves working alongside the director and care staff to assist them with administration tasks which include payroll, timesheets and general organisation of the office.

My role involves me communicating directly with the director/staff throughout my time at work via phone and in person.

I am trusted with sensitive/personal information regarding customers and employees

At present I work each Wednesday from 9:30 until 3:30 (or until required)

I support my father in all aspects of administration with his company which supply's and installs woodturning stoves

In my role I support with all invoices, reminders for serving and keeping appropriate tax records

When required I also assist with some aspects of installation and yearly servicing
