DROP GYM MILL HILL - REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
I have been teaching at Drop Gym Mill Hill since the end of May on both Saturday's & Sundays. I wanted to gain experience teaching group classes as my course focuses primarily on 1:1's. It has also been really helpful for me as Drop Gym hold Merrithew reformers and I had only worked on classical equipment at Equinox.
180 HOUSE - TOWER INSTRUCTOR
I began covering Tower classes at 180 House in June and have since been offered to teach two classes a week for them. I love teaching Tower, I might go as far as saying it's my favourite!
