Served customers at the kiosk with a wide range of food and beverages including hot and cold food and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Ensured all the customers were served in a timely manner and worked as part of a team to set up and shut down the kiosk at opening and closing.

As part of my role I managed the marshmallow roasting pit, interacting with customers, helping children roast marshmallows and making sure all health and safety rules were adhered to.

As part of this role I undertook food hygiene training.

I was responsible for cleaning guest lodges to a high standard including stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, vacuuming and sweeping patios.

I volunteered in the Red Cross Charity Shop. I served customers, operated the till, helped put stock out, arranged displays and helped keep the shop tidy. This included a full week in Feb 2025 which was my college work experience placement.

I assisted in setting up a baggage tent for 2500 runners. When the runners arrived I took their luggage and ensured it was correctly labelled and stacked in numerical order. When the runners returned I located their luggage and returned it to them.

I answered queries on directions to the start of the race and where various facilities and food stalls were. If I was unable to answer a question I directed the customer to someone who could help them.
