- Undertaking patient triage which works to reduce demand on GP doctors

- Monthly responsibility of maintenance and updating of health bulletin board, raising awareness of outbreaks or current health concerns
- Payment processing and invoice creation for private medical work
- Trained in First aid and CPR for both adults and children
- Trained in children and adult safeguarding
- Trained in sexual misconduct in the workplace
- Scheduling patient appointments using Emis booking system
- Processing and inputting flu vaccines as aid to practice nurses
- Responsibility of opening the practice and subsequent security measures involved
- Working closely with GP doctors to ensure patient queries are best understood and processed
- Promoting usage of NHS via digital initiatives, poster creation and email alert creation
- Holding and running NHS app workshops for those within the community with little knowledge of NHS digital help
