With a lifelong passion for books and a deep love for connecting people with stories, I bring 1.5 years of Sales Assistant experience and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. I thrive in both team and independent settings, excelling in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining a keen eye for detail and organisation. As an energetic self-starter, I am eager to contribute my skills in product knowledge, re-merchandising, and communication to a bookseller role that aligns with my passion and drive. My goal is to not only grow within a team, but to become a valued asset, making a lasting impact to the customers, team and company.

• Work experience in 2018 at a stables for 2 weeks, gaining immense skills in handling horses, walking/riding, feeding, mucking out, sweeping/cleaning the stables and helping horse riding lessons.
• Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award in 2019.
• Taught myself an A-Level between 2022-2023.

• I have a deep passion for reading & books, my favourite genre being fantasy. I also love animals, nature, yoga, writing and learning in my spare time. I'm a creative person that admires music, performing arts, photography and the art of film-making. Furthermore, I have an interest in Tudor history.

I have a deep-rooted passion for books, storytelling, and the written world. It would be a genuine privilege to bring that love into a bookshop environment: helping others discover stories that resonate with them, while promoting the joy and value of reading. My ambition is to join a kind, committed team and grow within a long-term, full-time role doing what I love.
