I am an outgoing, collaborative, and open-minded guy with a strong interest in basketball and a dedication
to achieving professional success in a variety of work settings. Initially tasked with merchandise last year, I progressed to VIP courtside services, demonstrating dedication and versatility. In my work, I direct VIP and courtside ticket holders to their seats in a hectic atmosphere, providing excellent customer service with a friendly, warm and welcoming demeanour in every interaction. I also assist with activities on the court and help with de-rigging after the game has finished.
As a sales advisor, I thrive at offering outstanding customer support and efficiently marketing O2‘s goods and services. In order to fulfil each customer's expectations, it is my responsibility to first understand their particular preferences before providing solutions that are specifically designed for them. To improve client satisfaction and increase revenue, I am also skilled at responding to questions, fixing problems, and upselling extra goods and services, like additional connections or saving customers money on their bills. My commitment to providing unmatched customer service and accelerating sales growth continuously adds to the O2 team's overall success.
This job required me to work in a busy environment and develop kids basketball skills. I had to use adaptive methods to be an effective coach.
I worked as an assistant rugby coach at multiple kids camps during these dates. This was a very fun experience as I was introduced into the coaching world.
I contributed to Cornerstone Church's food bank. It would occur once every month. and I would assist with the meal preparation, serving the homeless, and cleanup. Unfortunately, the coronavirus forced me to stop working. Since everyone deserves a fair shot in life, I enjoy lending a helping hand to those who are less fortunate than myself.
This was my first paid job. I didn’t get much work here, however, it taught me some good skills including, fast paced work, tough conditions, and how to deal with rude customers.
I learned how to work in sales during a 4-week work experience programme at WHSmith. I learned how to remain composed, complete all assignments assigned to me, and work hard. This was the start of my employment journey.
