Firstly In Pepe's I was not just a Cashier, I had also multiple other jobs within the shop. As a Cashier I've served customers with the target of providing smooth and polite customer service, I've helped customer with inquiries and promoted award programs towards them. I've handled customer complaint orders through the phone and in person making sure that the problems were sorted. I also had to make sure to give out orders to the delivery drivers with the correct food and drinks bag to go with it and send them to the correct areas and not just give them two opposite deliveries that go different ways so the drivers dont complain. I've been at the packing section where I'm working with the kitchen as a team asking them to complete orders whilst I pack and tick off the items that are on the order and hand them over for the fryer guy, which I've also had tasks of sitting on the fryer. Identified counterfeit notes whilst handling cash, ensuring financial security. Passed a inspection with a score of 98/100 on customer service.
