i have worked at a family dessert shop for almost 1 and a half year, throughout my work experience i gained alot of skills and knowledge and confidence, i was really good at communicating with customers and ensuring they were getting the right items and were very happy with the service. my responsibilities were to prepare the desserts such as cookie dough, waffles, sticky toffee puddings, churros, cakes and pancakes. when i worked here i adapted to different challenges daily such as working in a fast paced environment dealing with different customers daily and had to have alot of patience and tried to keep everything under control and ensure daily tasks are done on time. this job has really helped me with my confidence and helped me gain really good work experience. i also ensured Upheld cleanliness standards in workspace to maintain hygiene levels, Assisted customers with queries, improving overall experience, Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
