I engaged with business owners directly, conducting face-to-face meetings to find out their current transaction fees and revenue. By understanding their needs and pain points, I then had to pitch Dojo's card machine as a cost-effective solution, selling its benefits and the potential for savings. I was targeted on having 15 - 20 conversations a day, completely cold, no prior meeting.
