Summary

An experienced manager focused on ensuring that companies get the best out of their commercial relationships. Largely, I work with organisations and business leaders to provide them with an understanding of barriers and potential innovative and pragmatic solutions, by taking an analytical approach. In my experience without the upfront work, business leaders try a lot of things but only treat the symptoms. The key is to start with analysing the issues, and ensure that the solutions are easy to implement and sustainable. With a focus on enabling them to make decisions, I work with managers and leaders to systematically identify opportunities for continuous improvement in their business performance.
