How I spend my personal time

As an active member of my local gym, I attend 4 or 5 times per week.  I also swim some mornings and run on an evening with friends.  Recently completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge the mental health charity, Unmasked Mental Health, where I also volunteer, which has introduced me to walking so I intend to also do more of this when time allows.  I also have a dog so we go for long walks at the weekend.

My travel hobby is due in part to having a husband who likes holidays so we try and venture away 3 or 4 times a year and once every other year we travel to Canada to see my family.

I'm also an Toronto Blue Jays baseball fan so spend most evenings catching up with the previous days game and also ensure I go to games with my family whenever I visit Toronto.
