Summary

I believe I bring two strong key skills First being my knowledge of the motoring industry both through previous employment and the personal love of the motoring world I show strong organisational skills, customer service experience, and keen understanding of inventory management. Knowledgeable about the brand and vehicle range and implementation of sales strategies, always striving to exceed targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

The second is my knowledge of the relationship between the operational decisions made by head-office and how this effects the staff and customers in our face to face retail stores, workshops and branches.

I still strongly believe in the traditional approach the key is the customer experience. This should be one that is pleasant, the customer should be filled with the feeling of trust in the ability of both myself and the trust of the brand. This hopefully will reward us with both repeat custom and a great word of mouth reputation for the brand and dealership.
