When starting with ABT Engineering I was employed due to my fabrication and welding background but quickly developed multiple new skills and abilities due to the nature of the customer requirements within the specific industry that Abt Engineering were providing a service to, being some of the worlds most known names within the drinks industry. These skills included,

• Proactive machine inspections maintaining a high standard of workplace health and safety.
• Securing optimal performance with regular maintenance and repairs of machinery.

Along with these new developed skills I have gained ,I had quickly gained recognition for my commitment and received multiple responsibilities and within the first two years with working with ABT I was given the opportunity to become onsite manager where my role was to,

I had been in this role for over four and a half years then the opportunity to manage the workshop became available as my core skills are still front and foremost to the fabrication of all customers bespoke requirements are what was a major interest to push my abilities that brought me to ABT Engineering. I then secured this role as my fabrication and welding experience was necessary to keep up with customer demand within this role my duties are,
