Working as part of a team to provide and maintain the security and safety of the Rugby Football Union's infrastructure, staff, contactors and guests.

Managing large teams of both fulltime and casual staff for blue riband events at the stadium, ensuring exceptional customer service for external and internal stakeholders.

Deputise for team supervisor during periods of absence, assuming overall responsibility for the venue.

Maintaining accurate records on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as required.

Undertaking regular training to ensure my continued professional development and complying with mandatory requirements.

Worked on numerous functions in all areas of the stadium as required in numerous roles including fire steward and supervisor.

Worked on matchdays including Army/Navy and the 2015 Rugby World Cup. Progressed from steward to hold the position of South Stand Manager. The South Stand manager was responsible for deploying over 40 staff across 5 floors of the South Stand including the stadium hotel and stadium gym; while ensuring all entry protocols where maintained. During my tenure the South Stand hosted major sponsors such as Guinness, Aviva and Gallagher as well as hosting post game dinners for the England team, Red Roses and Army Rugby.

Helped design exams, assessments and course content, including lecture material, practical and writing assignments.

Kept up-to-date with latest research in field to ensure relevancy of course content and promote further research.

Designed major research studies, recruited participants, collected and analysed data. Presented findings as international conferences in Europe and America.

Participated in numerous research studies and co-authored several published articles.

Provided physiological testing, training and nutritional advice to MCCU Cambridge cricket team and Strive Challenge.
