After graduating from Middlesex University In 1999 with an Honors degree in Environmental science an opportunity to further my career within the retail sector arose and quickly progressed to managerial level. As a highly-motivated and results orientated manager within Asda I have gained valuable experience of many managerial roles which has given a good understanding of all aspects of a retail business.

A highlight from my career with Asda is having the opportunity to spearhead the opening Chester new store from start to finish, being involved in all aspects needed to open a new store which thankfully was achieved and is were I am currently working as the Night Trading Manager.

Due to having extensive experience in many managerial roles I have developed into an encouraging manager, analytical problem-solver with talents for team building, leading and motivating as well as excellent relationship-building skills and great track record for championing colleague development. Proficient in using independent innovative decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact company success. Dedicated to applying training, monitoring and morale-building abilities to enhance employee engagement and boost performance.
