  • 2003 after UK Government received terror threat, unit deployed to Heathrow Airport to provide extra security in Armoured Vehicles.
  • 2005 - 2007 - 2009 Deployed to Afghanistan with ISAF for 3 x 6 month tours.
  • Conducted reconnaissance missions to gather intelligence on enemy positions and movements.
  • Developed and executed tactical plans for armoured reconnaissance in complex environments.
  • Evaluated and maintained armoured vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • During this period also carried out various career courses and training that would help with future promotions.
