  • Built up a vast multi-million-pound property portfolio, including multiple development sites. The sites including new homes (primarily bungalows) and the conversion of existing office and commercial space into residental units.
  • Assumed the role of project leader for all the developments including raising finance, contractural hires and developing exit strategies for both the properties, and the finance.
  • Worked with local government officials to understand the way to best structure the development to make maximum profit, but also fall within planning policies to deliver housing requirements within certain criteria in the local area in line with the council housing plan.

  • Analysis of the real time data, leading to real-time decision making to maximize intelligence gathering within certain geographical and time sensitive operations.
  • This time sensitive and high-pressure role was one of only three positions in the world that were trusted to perform these tasks. The postion was mine after being mentored for 4 years before taking ownership of that position myself.
  • Travel to multiple agencies in the USA, London and Australia was common in order to present the information to auditoriums of technical experts from around the world. These technical experts would use our data to design countermeasures to keep our military assets safe in future conflicts.

  • Held daily meetings to ensure consistent communication and team motivation towards productivity goals.
