- Implemented and delivered Scotland's first ever full-time centralised programme, creating Elite, Next Generation and Future Generation Boxing Groups.
- Responsible for athlete selection, monitoring, and progression systems, ensuring transparent, fair and evidence based decision making, including the creation of Individual Athlete Plans (IAPs) for all Elite Group Boxers
- Designed a National Bi-Annual Performance Pathway programme, from Club to National and GB World Class Programme, resulting in consecutive best ever GB 3 Nation Championships and 7 Scottish Boxers being selected onto the GB World Class Programme
- Built and maintained strong relationships with multiple international federations, including England and Welsh Boxing, GB Boxing and World Boxing
