  • Designed, developed and directed Boxing Scotland's High Performance Programme, resulting in delivering Scotland's most successful performance period, including the first ever Elite World Championship Medal, Youth World Championship Gold Medal, Female European Gold Medal and Scotland's best ever Commonwealth Games
  • Implemented and delivered Scotland's first ever full-time centralised programme, creating Elite, Next Generation and Future Generation Boxing Groups.
  • Responsible for athlete selection, monitoring, and progression systems, ensuring transparent, fair and evidence based decision making, including the creation of Individual Athlete Plans (IAPs) for all Elite Group Boxers
  • Designed a National Bi-Annual Performance Pathway programme, from Club to National and GB World Class Programme, resulting in consecutive best ever GB 3 Nation Championships and 7 Scottish Boxers being selected onto the GB World Class Programme
  • Built and maintained strong relationships with multiple international federations, including England and Welsh Boxing, GB Boxing and World Boxing
