I took away the rubbish that the window and door installers had left e.g the old windows and doors .

I gave the installers the stock that they required e.g silicone, glue, pvc cleaner.

I would sign off the completed jobs.

I would also deliver the windows and doors for the required job. Collaborated with designers and subcontractors to fulfil project goals.

Team Leader , Remedial Supervisor CMS Facades , Glasgow,Lanarkshire While I was a Team Leader at CMS Facades my duties where to train up people to fabricate aluminium windows ,doors and curtain walling. I was also in charge of running the curtain wall and door lines was the person in charge under the supervisor for the smooth running of both theses fabricating lines . I would organise the hardware and accessories for the curtain wall and doors . I worked closely with the design team in the office, deciding the best hardware and configuration of how best to build the doors .My Team Leader roll was almost like a supervisor roll. I had to delegate tasks, assign workloads and communicate changing priorities.I also enforced company policies, answering co-workers' questions and training new staff.My position as Remedial Supervisor was to be in charge of the remedial workers that worked on site . I organised the jobs that they went to and ordered the materials that were required to complete any jobs e.g Glass , window and door components and any missing material. Completed audits and risk assessments to achieve regulatory compliance .Integrated process improvements to optimise overall workflow and efficiency.I drove all over Britain carrying out repair work to the fitted products from CMS Facades . e.g replacing broken glass and changing door hardware
