As part of the Estate's Team, my role as an experienced multi-trader is to carry out improvements and complete on-going maintenance of the College. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Completing both large and small time sensitive projects whilst ensuring exceptional workmanship
• Ensuring all tasks and projects are accurately recorded on the internal system in a timely manner
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism that aligns with the College's core values

• Installation of partitioning, ceilings, stud walls, and glazed walls in commercial and residential properties.
• Performed intermediate carpentry and decorating tasks to enhance property aesthetics.
• Oversaw projects independently to ensure timely and effective completion.

• Delivery of post to Residential properties
• Collection and delivery of post to Commercial properties, with use of company van.
• Ensuring that certain post was picked up within agreed timeframes.

• Utilising CAD drawings to fabricate and weld automated gate systems for residential properties and commercial establishments

• Fabrication of framework and equipment needed for flight simulators and satellites
• In addition, equipment was also made for, but not limited to various sectors including private hospitals, agricultural and automotive
