Mainly early years based and SEN work. Encouraged pupil autonomy through guided independent play and learning initiatives. In my previous job role I assisted teaching and learning in the Early Years setting along side the class teacher by preparing the materials and activities in the classroom. Monitored progress of the children in the setting through observations written and verbal. I supported SEN children working 1:1 alongside the rest of the children. Ensured good communication and safeguarding in the setting. Implemented personal care plans, health care plans and education plans and led lessons and activities.
