- I decided to take the opportunity to further my knowledge in the technology world and begun an unpaid work experience course in Tesco head office to gain more experience that i can implement in a future career.

- I handled the diary’s of a level 5 director and a level 4.

- I quickly began to independently handle their day to day work lives including booking transportation, organising their travel itinerary’s, booking meeting rooms and events for meetings, becoming confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Copilot, managing their busy calendars and rescheduling important meetings with other LTA‘S as well as building bonds with my directors and so much more.

- From this experience i have gained so many useful skills that i cant wait to apply to future jobs.

• From working in a nursery i have gained valuable knowledge about the EYFS. I have also completed and passed several training courses revolving the extensive care of children and their wellbeing.
• I am now first aid certified for the next 3 years.
• I have faced new challenges with this job being a new world to me and have passed every milestone with confidence.
• During my time working at the nursery i passed my safeguarding course with flying colours and quickly began to gain my own key group. This included lots of responsibilities that i was more than happy to have, one of these responsibilities would be me taking care of my key group and making sure all of their needs are met as well as their parent/guardian.
• Enhanced children's social skills through organising group activities.

• Mentored and trained new work colleagues to help them reach our levels of expectation.
• Progressed to the role of team support manager and passed my interview however realised down the line I wanted to move on from the company and expand my skills elsewhere.
• I delegated jobs efficiently and fairly when needed to whilst running the shop floor.
• Gained experience working in our café and picked up a lot of skills whilst doing so.
• I maintained excellent visual merchandising standards by being in charge of flower displays, planograms, phase changes and much more.
• Communicated efficiently to determine customer needs and upsell services.
