  • Helping customers with information about the stores, regarding their opening and closing times, locations and best store options for their needs. Working daily with different departments such as security, cleaners, facilities, logistics etc, to make sure the centre is safe and running smoothly.
  • Providing services such as gift cards, cloakroom, printing, and mobility for new customers and regulars to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Facilitating Diversity and Inclusion work events within the team to improve team bonding and communication. Supported my manager in a retail workshop at Both Westfield London and Stratford by giving a presentation with my colleague which aimed to help people of all ages and backgrounds get into work.
  • Handling reception duties in the management office, answering phone calls regarding the centre, writing emails, and booking and catering rooms for meetings.

  • Promoted numerous events, products and venues in the UK such as Coca Cola Zero Sugar Campaign at Hyde Park Festival, set up a Nintendo Switch stand where we later showcased the Nintendo switch, its popular games and how it works.
  • Promoted a campaign called MyBlu both on the street team where as a brand ambassador and a team leader. We are split into groups scout the area for good locations, approaching smokers/vapers above the age of 18 and inform them about our free starter kit and if they were interested, they would sign a form on our tablet then they would receive one.
