• Lead Business Analyst / IT Product Owner for 5 year programme of work that re-designed the bank's market risk system landscape.
• Delivery of of systems that were used world-wide for calculating and reporting market risk to senior managers and regulators.
• Creation of Logical Data Model for Risk & Finance departments.
• Between 2014 and 2016 my team was used as pilot project for self-managing teams with a focus on automation and agile practices. During that time the team was made up of 4 developer and myself I was responsible for all roles other than development (Project Manager, BA, QA Manager, Deployment Coordinator).

- Responsible for testing API's between the various credit risk pre-deal systems and between these systems and external systems

- Responsible for QA of UI and functional testing for a pre-deal calculation system

- Created automation tests and migrated testing process from manual to automated

• Managed and drove the first social networking project attempted by any large NGO.
• Collaborated with senior Greenpeace stakeholders to set vision and goals of the project.

• Freelance software tester for OCR credit card project and regulatory reporting project

• Headed up Year 2000 compliance efforts for the Cards, Payments and Settlement department.
• Oversaw the re-engineering and delivery of the bank's settlement system.
