Cybersecurity student with a strong interest in network security and ethical hacking Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges. Experienced in building and maintaining a personal lab environment to develop practical skills in network defence and vulnerability assessment. HOBBIES & INTERESTS
Cybersecurity & Technology, Passionate about the cybersecurity industry and staying current with emerging threats and trends. I regularly follow security news and community discussions through platforms such as Reddit’s r/netsec and r/cybersecurity, Krebs on Security, and Darknet Diaries. I actively work through challenges on TryHackMe and Hack The Box to sharpen my offensive and defensive skills outside of university. I also built my own custom PC, which gave me a strong understanding of hardware, system architecture, and performance optimisation., Background in Gaming & Technology, My interest in technology began through gaming, which led me to explore how software and networks function under the hood. This curiosity naturally drew me toward cybersecurity — a field where that same investigative mindset is central to the work.

- Networking & Security
- Experience in configuring routers, managing secure remote connections using SSH and Telnet, and identifying common network vulnerabilities. Comfortable in working with networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS and basic firewall configuration within lab environments.
- Ethical Hacking & Lab Work
- Created and maintained a personal lab environment to practise network defence, vulnerability assessment and CTF challenges using platforms like Try Hack Me and Hack the Box.
- Programming & Automation
- Currently developing skills in Python, Java and PowerShell with the ability to write simple scripts to support automation and system configuration tasks.
