As a healthcare assistant I use communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues. I practice organisation and time management skills in order to meet the needs of the clients. Also completing written documentation. I work as part of a team in order to meet daily tasks and the needs of the clients.

As a shop assistant I worked as part of a team to prepare food orders. I used time management skills throughout this jobs to ensure to get food orders out on time to customers. Communication skills were important in this job with both staff and customers. I covered extra shifts and maintained flexible schedule to achieve store goals.
