- I specialise in identifying new land development opportunities for onshore wind and solar developments. I leverage my industry contacts to source new opportunities to present to board level for consideration. Negotiation, appraisal work, and reporting on new opportunities are also essential skills required for the position. Externally, I deal with agents, landowners, legal professionals, and local authorities by organising all key stakeholders required to facilitate land transactions.
- I am solely responsible for six projects, at various stages of development process. Most notably I am the land lead for a 500MW solar farm in East Yorkshire, heading toward DCO planning applcation. My duties have been land assembly, negotiating Heads of Terms for Option and lease, identifying cable route owners and negotiating Easement terms.
