• Support the completion of the County’s Annual Games Development Plan. This involved effectively managing multiple projects & deadlines to ensure targets were met.
• Establishing relationships with GAA, LGFA & Camogie clubs via face to face interaction, email communications & workshops such as coach the coaches workshops. This also included assisting the clubs in establishing club/school links.
• Coaching Gaelic Football & Hurling to p1-p7 children in various Primary schools to introduce Gaelic Games & signpost children to their local clubs.
• Coordinating inter-class & inter-school blitzes at Go Games & Super Games level including refereeing & coaching where necessary.
• Coaching in Post-Primary schools, specifically St Marys CBGS Belfast and Rathmore, developing players in Gaelic Football & Hurling to give them the best opportunity to compete at the highest level possible in Ulster School competitions.
• Coordinating and implementing an annual Development Squad programme to ensure players were exposed to quality coaching, athletic development, had the opportunity of playing against other counties and were educated in Lifestyle & Nutrition.
• Reporting figures on MIS/AMS to contribute to the County overall objectives against the Annual Games Development Plan.
• Delivering Coach Education including Foundation & Award 1 courses around the county- using my excellent presentation & communication skills.
