Currently I have been in my OSS role for 18 months and I really enjoy my job and duties.
I have travelled to a numerous countries but I have been a main stay in AIB Toulouse campus.
During this time I have built up a great customer relationships mainly with VAA , ITA on the A330 and also DLA on both A330 and A350 aircrafts.
Within AIB TLS I have developed inside directs contacts with senior personnel which has been a great help to myself and also TAS when delivering critical milestones.
I'm always available when need to travel to support milestones even if there at short notice.
Recently I have presented 3 seat shows to customers in Toulouse in the Mock Up Centre and in Mumbai from which I have gained valuable experiences in dealing directly with the customer but in a different manner.
Within my duties I have customised knowledge of seat final assembly techniques, cosmetic requirements, functional testing, troubleshooting and the ability to apply this to solve practical problems.
From working on the FAL line I was approached by my line manager to join a new team which was dealing directly with source inspectors.
It was seen as an internal promotion and a step up from my previous role.
It was a very specific job which was very demanding especially when seats had to be delivered on timelines.
I gained valuable experiences and stood me well when meeting customers directly on live aircrafts in AIB sites.
I really enjoyed my time in this role.
I really enjoyed the hustle and bustle of this job and again this served me very well in gaining the duties I needed to preform my current role.
I worked in a lot of stages on the oval from start stages to final stages.
I found this area of TAS critical to the business and I thrived in this role.
During this time period I also had to cover Major Subs, Mono's, Door's and Dispatch.
I learnt to split the seats which again was vital when Installation in my current role.

I have worked in a production environment with MJM Marine for over 4 years in their workshop in Newry and I have travelled all over the world working for the company and providing quality workmanship.
I am used to working under pressure and making sure deadlines are meet and if problems occur, I have the knowledge to solve and making on the spot decisions.
I am very conscious of time keeping and planning is key to completing the task set.
Drawings, plans and CNC drawings I am familiar with as
