A creative and results-driven media and communications specialist with experience in leading print media design, website redesign, and rebranding initiatives. Spearheaded a successful soft rebrand campaign, designing corporate-branded brochures, website build, staff handbooks, and marketing materials to enhance brand consistency. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and an official Canva Ambassador, actively contributing to the design community by developing shareable templates and facilitating Canva events. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects, I am now seeking to explore new and exciting opportunities to further contribute to impactful media, branding, and communications strategies.
In my role leading the revamp of internal and external media, I spearheaded a soft rebrand campaign that included the design of corporate-branded brochures, staff handbooks, and slide decks to ensure consistent and professional communication. As part of the rebranding efforts, I also overhauled Vacancy Information Packs and led the creation of promotional materials, including photography and video production, to support the Trust's communication strategy. Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro), and having also become a Canva Ambassador during my tenure at Sidney Stringer Trust, I ensured all projects—from brochures to websites—were delivered on time and aligned with the organisation's goals.
Most recently, undertaking the rebuild of the Multi Academy Trust website, which is currently pending approval for rollout and will serve as the model for all of our other school sites.
Upon gaining my position at QuestUAV/Associated Companies I was thrown into the fast paced, ever advancing Aerospace sector. I was operating in the business on a global level; creating & maintaining company websites, producing engaging, clear & impactful product brochures and effectively providing a varied range of digital marketing materials.
At Blue Sky Interactive, my role was to manage the digital accounts/websites of car dealerships.
After leaving South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust, my intention was to go to University. For the Summer months I worked alongside my Dad at College Homes.
My general at College Homes were:
Upon completing my A-levels I gained a competitive fixed term contract in Communications. After three months, this post was offered to me on a permanent basis across the Communications/Engagement Team and the Executive Support Team. This is turn, (during the COVID-19 outbreak), turned into a role which was exclusively in the Communications Team.
My main roles and responsibilities within the Team were:
In April 2016 I started working part time at the Episode
Hotel along with my studies. Having joined at the age of 15, my first role was that of a Glass Collector. I learnt the importance of constantly keeping the bar stocked up in order to keep things running smoothly. After that, I was promoted to a full front of house member, specifically working behind the bar. Having been fully bar trained I have knowledge of an extensive range of drinks and was skilled in making most cocktails. During functions on in the back bar I was given the role of operating the back bar ensuring all the function runs smoothly and dealing with any issues that may arise. As a full front of house member, I was also look after the restaurant doing my best to ensure diners have the best experience possible. I was reliable with turning up to my shifts and frequently cover shifts on short notice if needed showing flexibilty around my work life and school studies. I gained valuable skills at The Episode, everything from functional front of house skills to customer service and people skills, finding myself well equipped to deal with customers in the best and friendliest way I can.
In July 2018, I gained a competitive placement at Warwick Hospital
in the Marketing and Communications department. This was an area
of interest to me knowing at this time it could be a potential future career path so I was intrigued to gain knowledge and experience within this area. This, at the time, correlated to my study of A-Level Media. While I was on placement , I gained experience in the workings of the Hospital and they gave me the responsibilities of creating and uploading the screen savers which would appear on every PC within the trust across Warwickshire. This showed important messages ranging from current vacancies to Health and Safety. While on placement, I was tasked with a range of creative tasks: creating and uploading a banner for the South Warwickshire website; Creating the poster for the new BlueBell centre Baby Unit, Creating the poster for the newStratford Hospital and finally traveling to Nuneaton to film a GP
and also to film a patient in their home during a home visitation.
Overall, I gained valuable creative experience through creating
many media products for the trust and through my filming of the
GP and Patient. I also gained knowledge of how to work effectively
in an office environment and further improved my efficiency in administrative processes.
In June of 2016 I embarked on work experience in Radford Semele primary school.
My role at the school, as stated, was being a teaching assistant; so this involved everything from helping the children understand and consolidate their learning, helping them plan group projects and even leading a couple of lessons myself.
Leading lessons forced me to plan ahead of time, ensuring my lessons were keeping the Children engaged throughout.
I believe learning the importance of planning ahead of time has helped me since and is unquestionably a skill transferrable to the working environment.
