I am a motivated and customer-focused professional with experience coordinating operational activities within the electricity distribution industry. Currently employed as a Disconnections Coordinator at UK Power Networks, where I manage the end-to-end delivery of electrical disconnection projects for both domestic and commercial customers. Through this role, I have developed strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with customers, contractors and internal teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with company procedures. I have been recognised through multiple Letters of Value for delivering excellent customer service and have been selected for further development through a company talent progression programme.
