The Guest experience in my venue is mu upmost priority as well as monitoring the businesses needs regarding sales , money savings , efficiency and working towards a greener waste disposal .

My role at The Waterside was very versatile , from greeting customers to running the restaurant. My public house experience allowed me to switch roles over the entire site . I can serve meals at a fast pace with a welcoming and warm attitude and always put the guests needs first.

Salsa is a piercing , tattoo and a quirky shop.
Whilst working for salsa i gained many skills within retail, one of the main skills that i learnt and would forever use in life was my communication and face to face sales skill . Dealing with customers in a timely manor and upselling items that i think would be of use to them and answering any queries the customers may have .
