• Upgraded PLC hardware and software control systems, including HMIs and Brodersen Telemetry for improved site operations.
• Executed instrumentation upgrades throughout the Guildford region, enhancing overall system performance.
• Completed specialized training on Brodersen RTU32 and RTU32M, Rockwell SLC/Compact/ControlLogix PLC, and Panelview Plus HMI to enhance technical skills.
• Part of a Standby Rota supporting all Areas for Out of Hours emergencies, to maintain service continuity
• Taken ownership of Guildford's ICA Asset Availability and Working with operations to fund upgrades to ensure that our assets are available and in good working condition

Completed an apprenticeship focused on Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Automation at Thames Water, gaining hands-on training in the South West London ICA Team, Working at the LPPs (Large Production Plants) Hampton WTW, Ashford-Common WTW, Kempton WTW, and Walton AWTW, as well as SPP (Small Production Plants) in the Guildford area, 6 WTW, Service Reservoirs, and Water Booster Stations.
