Also addressing any issues quickly and efficiently to keep guests happy and satisfied. Managing a small team of sub contacted cleaners to help clean the bigger properties.

Working with a small team to keep stock replenished and taking in deliveries.

Making sure the store is kept to a high standard by checking stock rotation, date checking, maintaining a safe and clean store all while serving and assisting any customer queries and representing the business.

Working in the front of house serving customers ensuring they have everything they have ordered and that all food and service is to a high standard, as well as helping out on the take away when required.
