
Over my time working in sales, I have worked in roles at an agent level, taking calls on the front line, all the way to delivering training and playing a pivotal role in the opening of call centres in South Africa. It has been an amazing journey and has helped me enhance my skillset, giving me experience in different areas of management, learning & development, mentoring, content creation, supporting people in both their work and personal life. However, I am most passionate about the people side of sales more than anything. I have a keen interest in the development of others and using the wealth of knowledge and experience I have, I believe I can not only spot potential but get the best from people, whilst delivering an excellent business result. Coaching, supporting and mentoring others has always been something that I have been very passionate about, and I pride myself on my ability to influence others utilising my naturally versatile communication skills. I have supported with inbound, outbound, domestic and business related sales queries and have thoroughly enjoyed learning the ins and outs of sales and people and the importance they have on commercial performance. I am someone who believes that everyone deserves a fair shot, change is always positive and life is what you make it.
